2 Prenatal visits at your home (supportive of hospital births, home births, medicated, unmedicated, vaginal and cesarean births!)
During these visits we discuss your pregnancy, health, birth preferences, strategies for labor, ways partners can assist during labor and any concerns you may have.
My goal is to connect with you and your spouse during prenatal visits and any phone/email support throughout your pregnancy.
I am knowledgeable and trained to help develop birth plans, answer questions regarding any concerns throughout your pregnancy and provide resources for the best pregnancy experience!
38 Weeks until Birth Services
24/7 Phone and email support from 38 weeks until labor begins. This means I do not travel outside of the Nashville area and my phone is on and ready to be answered at all times day or night!
From the start of active labor, I provide continuous care with techniques to help progress labor quicker and make the process as comfortable as possible. These techniques include numerous comfort techniques, massages, repositioning, and focused and intentional breathing.
I will be with you and your spouse for the entire labor and for as long as you need me after!
From the start of pushing, I provide pushing techniques and positioning assistance.
